pillar bridge front - narrow stance - 10L/R
Pillar Bridge side - jumping jack - 10L/R
glute bridge - knee bent - 10 L/R
mini band walk - 10L/R
For time:
Plank burpee - 20, 16, 12, 8, 4
Swing -2, 6, 10, 14, 20
Total time - 8:17
Juggling practice with 2 balls - 10 minutes

Should have thought out the reps better when I did the workout, oh well.
